Statues of Sinking Men - Mentor

A calling voice I see her breeze
In standing posture with nerves of steel
Amidst the noise, a holy silence
Appears and steals a stranger's plea
Missteps have paved the wending path
The weakest point, the one that’s passed
She pushed on, marched. She blew the pain
To grab the hearts of the human race
And in the midst of fleeting time, a lifeless spiral, nor black or white
Absorbs the soul from all our hearts, and leaves the mentor broken apart
So, let's all stand and raise a glass for the only one that cares
You're looking wrong, no need to search for she is always there
And in the midst of fleeting time, a lifeless spiral, nor black or white
Absorbs the soul from all our hearts, and leaves the mentor broken apart
So, let’s all stand and raise a glass for the only one that cares
You're looking wrong, no need to search for she is always there
