Tenement - Frightening Place For Normal People and Farmers

A certain man approached a farmer, and asked the price of a horse that the farmer has advertised for sale, and the farmer quoted the exorbitant sum of three-thousand dollars. While getting over the initial shock, the prospective buyer made a more reasonable offer of a hundred-and-fifty dollars. And the farmer said "Well, that's coming down a lot, but I'll take it." Well the buyer was counting out the money, and he couldn't resist asking the farmer why he would accept a hundred-and-fifty dollars after first saying three-thousand dollars. And the farmer said "Well, I just thought you might like to own a three-thousand dollar horse."
