Noah '40' Shebib Says Drake's 'Always Ready' to Drop His Next Album

Ever since Drake announced his upcoming studio album Certified Lover Boy is on the way, fans have been itching to know when its dropping -- but even those close to him are unsure.

Drizzy's friend and engineer/producer, Noah "40" Shebib, stopped by Kevin Durant's The ETCS podcast recently, where he revealed that "He's always got it," before adding, "Now does that mean he's done? I don't know, s---. He might make 10 songs next week. I don't know. But he's got it,"

"But when are you going to pull the trigger? I don't know when you're going to pull the trigger," he continued. Whenever Drake does decide to release the album, 40 says that the rapper can "make the industry move."

"He's going to pull the trigger when he wants to pull it. But he's got it. He always got it. ... He's always ready," he said. "If Drake wants to drop the album tomorrow, it's coming out tomorrow. ... Drake can make the industry move."

Drake has unveiled a number of hit tracks just this year, including the TikTok smash "Toosie Slide," his "Popstar" and "Greece" collabs with DJ Khaled and "Laugh Now Cry Later" featuring Lil Durk.
