#100DaysOfPractice Day 2. Soloing over Charlie Parker’s Anthropology with dotted quarters in my left hand. The pattern hits the 1 at the beginning, on the B of the 2nd chorus, and on the 2nd A of the 3rd chorus. Honestly, this kicked my ass today; hadn’t practiced this in a long time and it was harder than I would’ve liked! But that’s the whole point of doing this. I think I’ll be revisiting this exercise over the next 100 days…
