Sad to say but this song is still relevant 16 years after the release of our version.The original was written back in the 70´s by Léon Gieco and that too unfortunately also still is relevant. It was a live version by Mercedes Sosa we heard on a cassette player that really captured our attention and made us do a version. She was performance at live event and we wanted to capture that whole vibe of the people and the ambience in our version.
