The first, "My Heart Is Filled with Thankfulness," focuses on God's provision in the past, present, and future. It is God who bore our pain and gave us life again through the work of his Son. The second is a brand new song by Matt Boswell and Matt Papa, "O Give Thanks." This energetic hymn—perfect for an opening song in a worship service or a rousing response to the sermon—follows a Trinitarian pattern. It calls us to sing our joyful gratitude to the God who is Father, Son, and Spirit for the countless ways he has loved us.
