Recorded by Tom Iansek ( Big Scary/No. 1 Dads ) it was important to me that most of it was live-tracked, which is no mean feat! I actually got a migraine as we were packing up after the seventh day, as it is so much focus! We recorded across this magical few weeks in December 2020... There was a lot going on astrologically, there was something happening called the rainbow bridge... And in the studio as we sunk into the takes that would remain forever, it was palpable. The most special moments were having the Djirri Djirri dancers Welcome us and the album to Country. I felt so blessed. Lisa x
