Hey everybody! Welcome to THROWBACK TRACKS - the YouTube series where I play demos of songs I wrote with other artists in mind and you let me know if you could see them performing it or if they'd work better for someone else.
Next up is a song I wrote back in 2012 called "On the Radio", and it's the only song that'll be included in this YouTube series that I was actually planning to release myself! It was planned to be included on my second album Like The Ocean but my publisher at the time thought they could get it placed with a major label artist, so it got replaced at the last minute. I pictured it going to an artist like Jason Derulo, Ne-Yo or Trey Songz. Do you think it could've worked for Jason back in 2012 or was it a better fit for Ne-Yo or P!Trey Songz? Who could record it today? Let me know in the comments!
