In my teaching sessions, I teach that the purpose for "Praise and Worship" is; to create an environment of our Heavenly Father to manifest His presence. This is based on Ps 22:3 that says; "Thou are holy Thou who inhabits the praises of Israel." We ofter paraphrase that scripture and say, God inhabits the praises of His people.
