I fell hard for “Feels Like Freedom”, written by AG and Joanna Jones. It said everything about what I wanted to do with this album. It’s about this feeling of rising from a place where you felt stuck. Towards the end of the song, you realize that ‘Oh, this is what it feels like to be totally free!’. A lot has gone on in the last several years, and for some people it felt as if the world was falling apart. This song says to me, ‘No, we got you.’”
