Growing up inspired by John Wayne and old western culture, Reid has always thought that being a cowboy was the coolest thing a person could be. With that being said, he used that inspiration and old west imagery to write a love song with the hook, "I'll quit loving you when cowboys ain't cool."

Lyrics:
Long as kids shoot cap guns
On a broom stick that bucks
All plastic badged up
Yelling getty up go
They’ll be men breaking broncos
Showing out at the rodeo
For the angels in the front row
Makin’ wranglers lookin holy
It’s a tale as old as time
Two hearts one ride
Your hand in mine
Till the west ain’t wild
Marlboros ain’t red
and a Texas sky
Don’t look better at sunset
Till the snaps ain’t Pearl
And boots don’t dance
Til a small town girl
Don’t fall for a John Wayne man
Under neon lights
On an old barstool
I’ll quit loving you
When cowboys ain’t cool
When nobody knows George strait
and there ain’t no stars to chase
Wyoming ain’t a state
Till saddles ain’t leather
I’ll be betting on forever
Till the west ain’t wild
Marlboros ain’t red
and a Texas sky
Don’t look better at sunset
Till the snaps ain’t Pearl
And boots don’t dance
Till a small town girl
Don’t fall for a John Wayne man
Under neon lights
On an old barstool
I’ll quit loving you
When cowboys ain’t cool
It’s a tale as old as time
Two hearts one ride
Your hand in mine
Till the west ain’t wild
Marlboros ain’t red
and a Texas sky
Don’t look better at sunset
Till the snaps ain’t Pearl
And boots don’t dance
Till a small town girl
Don’t fall for a John Wayne man
Under neon lights
On an old barstool
I’ll quit loving you
