Finally!🔥 For the last few years, I have been working on a new project. Next year I'm releasing my new album BRÅTEBRANN, and the title track is set for release already this coming Friday!
When I moved home to Senja after twelve years in the south of Norway, I noticed that something was different. Something important. Still it was difficult to tell exactly what. It was as if the words were missing. Or perhaps even more: They had surpassed their date.
The songs, too. I sang about rowing home through the dark-blue twilight, while outside my window the salmon trailers thundered past on potholed roads. Nothing was right.
I have given myself a task: In the coming years, I will spend my time looking for the new words. The new stories.
The first step is the single "Bråtebrann", to be released already this coming Friday! And the big, big day in my calendar right now is the 18 March 2022. That is the release date for the new album by the same name. Are you ready for a journey with me through the new North?
