'Billy' features on '15 Minutes', Nik's first studio album in almost nine years that was released in 1999.
Nik says "“There’s a song on the album, ’15 Minutes’, called ‘Billy’. That would be my finest lyric. Lyrics usually take me days or even weeks but this was one of those rare occasions when they just poured out and everything fell into place."

Coinciding with the release of 'EI8HT' in 2012, the final show of the corresponding tour, at the Shepherd's Bush Empire on the 28th September, featured all Nik's hits old and new; and the album 'Human Racing' was played in its entirety during the second half of the show. That incredible night was recorded for DVD release later that year and has now been remastered for YouTube.
