Since the earliest days of Tycho, online communities have played an integral role in the project. From the origins of ISO50 blog which served to introduce Tycho to a wider audience, to social media platforms and most recently the Tycho Friendship Server on Discord, I’ve always seen these spaces as an opportunity to connect with fans. Web3 now presents us with a chance to connect in a more direct way and I am excited to announce Tycho Open Source Community, a place for us to experience and build together.
Through Open Source, I will be sharing insight into my creative process, including unreleased music and footage. Members will also get first access to special merch drops, ticket pre-sales, and more. As the first of many creative collaborations, we’re holding a design competition, which any community member can enter and vote in.
