This is one of my all time favorite collaborations. As I was recording the gently hypnotic ostinato bass and melody on my electric piano, in my mind's ear I heard an angelic melody. When I heard Grammy winning cellist David Darling in person for the first time, I knew he was the one to weave his heartful melodies into the lush sonic tapestry of my Rhodes electric piano and celestial keyboards.
I waited 20 years to get him in the studio. As you will hear, it was well worth the wait.
