Sometimes we hold relationships captive to rules, standards, regulations and non-negotiables that we don't even believe in just so we can feel safe enough to approach love, friendship, sisterhood and and romance.
I'm not an expert, but I believe that if we are brave enough to know our-selves and love ourselves then we can handle loving others without defense, premise, or a need to find perfection.
