Laser Tag came to me in one night, in a moment of very embarrassing self reflection where I was trying to find ways to express that as much as it hurt, I kind of liked the longing and chaos that came with love lingering after a breakup. Every interaction seemed to have 10,000 layers, and it was like a game of chess figuring out the subtleties. And let me tell you, that does NOT make you feel good long term — so this song was my way of slapping myself awake and calling myself out 😂 It’s fun, it’s playful, it’s brutally honest, and now it’s yours!
