Today was a blend of routine check-ups and exhilarating creative releases, starting with a simple doctor's appointment—just ensuring all systems are go.
The highlight came with the thrilling news that our music video for "Edge of the Earth" would premiere at midnight. Sharing thoughts on releasing a new single is always a whirlwind of emotions. It’s like watching a child you've nurtured finally take steps into the world—exhilarating yet nerve-wracking, as it transforms from your secret creation sitting in a Dropbox folder, to a released song for the entire world to enjoy.
Amidst the excitement, Emma and Liam headed off for a coastal getaway, leaving the city behind for some seaside serenity.
Following suit with the day’s theme of personal upkeep, I visited the dentist—a surprisingly fun trip, thanks to a bit of celebrity recognition at the front desk. It's always nice to get a smile while you're about to get your teeth checked!
The afternoon was perfectly balanced with a game of tennis with Jay, enhanced by some drone-filmed sunset shots that added a cinematic flair to our friendly match.
Dinner brought an unexpected and hilarious moment—capturing Baba swearing on camera, a candid snippet that’s bound to be a family favorite.
As midnight approached, the anticipation built until it was time to launch the "Edge of the Earth" video. I spent the moments leading up to the premiere chatting with fans on YouTube, a buzzing prelude to the shared experience of watching our creative vision come to life as the clock struck twelve.
It was a perfect close to a day marked by personal health, artistic release, and communal joy.
