Imagine the water flowing across your cheek as you glide thru the depths of the ocean interacting with the gentle beauty below the surface of the ocean.
This is the first time I’m doing another version of my song. The clouds are up in the air so I thought that pitch should be high and feminine. In contrast, the ocean goes down deep so I thought male harmonies and a lower pitch would work better here.
The song is inspired by the ocean, something I was fearful of when I was a kid. Eventually I outgrew it and then would spend hours in the deepest parts of the ocean with no supervision in Greece. The ocean is mysterious, spiritual and beautiful at the same time and just like the different voices flow together to bring you one piece of music, the swelling nature of the song will leave you with an overall vibe that feels chilling yet cathartic. The layered melodies are moody but cooperative and stir an emotion of peace and harmony.
This is something you’d hear in a dream as you swim through a soft green blue ocean with dolphins all around you.
