Workout Routine 🖤

This my basic routine when I go to the gym, some days I only do legs/arms/abs and some days more intense than others 🖤 I do this 3-4 times a week (started in October, I was one of those people who hated the gym and swore I’d never go but here we are 😂)

I do 3 sets of 10-12 on everything besides leg press & abs

Abs I do about 100 reps each workout

For leg press some machines have more resistance than others so it might be heavier than the weight you adding to it just depends but start with the most weight do 3-4 sets and then take off some weight and do 3 more sets
