"Never Say Die" is the lead single off of Skinny Living's Acoustic Soul EP. The song and EP shine a light on the positive impact of community and family on anyone facing adversity. It’s also a testament to the power of human reliance and the strength we all have inside us when we take the time to nurture it. The EP feels like a coming of age, a four part story of developing an emotional maturity strong enough to realise that we are never done learning, with "Never Say Die" leading the project.
Musically the Acoustic Soul EP is a culmination of 10 years of work as a band focusing on our acoustic roots while nodding towards sounds that will play a huge part in our debut album. Touring around the world on a grass roots level, meeting people from all different walks of life has inspired the music we create tenfold and reaffirmed the truth that we all really aren’t that different.
