From Pink Martini's July 23, 2022 concert at the Festival Castell de Peralada in beautiful Peralada, Spain, "¿Dónde estás, Yolanda?" is a fan favorite Pink Martini cover song, a staple of the band's live performances, originally heard on the band's debut album "Sympathique". The song was written by Peruvian musician Manuel Jimenez Fernandez and made popular in the 1960s by Cuban singer Orlando Contreras and the Mexican group Sonora Santanera. This version features Thomas Lauderdale on the piano, China Forbes on vocals, with Mihail Iossifov on trumpet, and featuring a trombone solo by Antonis Andreou.
