George's Journal - Day 94: I Now Sell... T-Shirts?

April 3rd, 2024

Despite the gloomy weather in Nashville today, the show—or rather, the rehearsal—must go on. We headed out to our guitarist Sean's place, which is equipped with an in-ear rig setup, perfect for a makeshift production rehearsal. To fuel the day, we made a pit stop at Crema for some top-notch coffee, a necessary perk-up for the busy day ahead.

Unfortunately, Amy encountered a bit of a setback, pulling a muscle in her neck, which definitely added some tension to our session. Despite this, we pushed forward, and Sean hosted us graciously. The rehearsal was productive, with me filming a few songs to review later and ensure everything sounded just right.

After wrapping up at Sean’s, I returned home to hit the gym, keeping up with my fitness routine amidst the day's commitments. Later, Emma whipped up a delicious spaghetti bolognese, a comforting end to a packed day.

Evening brought a new venture into focus—my T-Shirt company, "The Upside Down Club." I spent the night setting up and launching the official online store on Shopify. It’s exciting to see it all come together, and I'm eager to encourage everyone to check out the fresh designs at https://theupsidedownclub.myshopify.com/.

With the store live and the day’s achievements behind me, it was time to hit the sack, satisfied with the progress and looking forward to what’s next.

Until tomorrow,

G.Shep xx
