March 25th, 2024
Today was a whirlwind of promotional activities, starting bright and early with a return to Channel 7 for a sit-down with Larry Emdur. We discussed everything from our big move to Nashville to the exciting details of our upcoming album—a great chat that set the tone for the day.
With the interview wrapped, we grabbed a quick bite at the Ace hotel, squeezing in a productive meeting with our manager and PR team to strategize the next steps for our album promotion.
Next, a swift meetup with Pecker from Mendel Rose Jewellery who had just polished all of our wedding rings. It's always reassuring to see these precious symbols of our lives sparkle anew.
The promo marathon continued at 2dayFM, where we tackled a series of radio interviews, spreading the word about our new music and sharing stories from our Nashville adventures.
Our final media stop of the day was with Smallzy at Nova for "Smallzy's Surgery." Catching up with him always feels like reconnecting with an old friend, making the interview feel less like work and more like fun.
After a non-stop day, we raced to the airport, only to be disappointed by the lounge food. I opted for some Thai food instead, a much-needed palate cleanser before our flight back to Brisbane.
Landing in Brisbane, we were greeted by a wonderful surprise—all of our partners were there to pick us up! It was the perfect ending to a busy day, a reminder of the loving support that makes all the hard work worthwhile.
