Mons & Julian Lennon with Sandrina Rubelli - When You're Gone

Mons (Mons Art Stage), Genoese sound performer, DJ and remixer of Argentine and Greek origins has been working for years in the research for the interaction between electronic music and communication through the spoken word.

Conductor and creator of radio broadcasts and soundtracks for TV, artistic animator and graphic designer, Mons Art Stage gallery owner. He strongly believes in blending education and beauty as elements of emancipation and progress of the human being.

The Merry-Go-Round project is a work in progress, inspired by Dutch-writer-photographer Gisella du Mée.

The creative team, led by Mons DJ, with narration from Julian Lennon, and Sandrina B. Rubelli (Italian designer and intellectual cultural figure) assembles a selected melange of the written word and universal poetry, blended on occasion, with Julian's lyrics, backed-up by a musical score, a soundtrack designed specifically for each theme.

It is a multidisciplinary conceptual work capable of stimulating the listeners’ curiosity and pleasure between sound and word in a positive collision of classical and experimental genres at the same time.
