Thank You Cancer

Looking forward to everything that 2024 has in store is an understatement. It was this time last year that I had a Dr. apt to check a small bump on my neck. In the days that followed, life as I knew it would change. Looking back now, a lot changed for the better. I’m more grateful, thankful, appreciative, stronger, happier, resilient, attentive, focussed and more determined than I’ve ever been. The things in life that matter and the things in life that don’t matter, really stand out. It’s like cancer gave me a super power. Yes, it was hell to go through and I’m still dealing with post surgery / radiation side effects, so f&$# you cancer 🖕🏻 but I also experienced a lot of love, guidance, healing prayer, support and selfless energy from people that I never would have experienced otherwise 🙏🏼 So, thank you cancer, it’s time to move on.
