It would not be a holiday episode if it didn't feature a holiday drink. I'm here at El Capataz Restaurant in Laredo, TX with expert mixologist "Cheese Martinez." He's gonna' make up a new drink called the south Texas Shandy featuring my favorite beer, Lone Star. Jalapeno, fresh cucumber, fresh lime wells muddled together, topped with some fresh lemonade, 1oz. of tequila, Lone Star Beer and the South Texas TX Shandy is born!! This is one of the best drinks I've ever tasted especially the fact that Lone Star Beer is in it. Definitely a party pleaser for the holidays, the South Texas Shandy w/ Lone Star Beer.
