#BAmazon & Beyond: How can we advance the struggle now?"

Powered by Restream https://restream.io/

The courageous Amazon workers in Bessemer, Alabama opened a major struggle against the U.S.’s second largest corporation. This campaign, led by Black workers in the U.S. South, is just the opening shot by the working class in our struggle to rebuild power after decades of capitalist offensives. Despite Amazon’s brutal theft of the election through multiple illegal, anti-worker methods, the struggle in Bessemer is not over.

We in Workers World Party, along with our allies in the workers movement and others in other left parties, initiated a campaign called Support Alabama Amazon Union (SupportAmazonWorkers.org), to build mass solidarity with the Bessemer workers. Hundreds of solidarity rallies showed the immense solidarity with these courageous Amazon workers in Alabama and beyond.

What can we do now to build solidarity with these workers as they fight to challenge this stolen election?

How should we view and reflect on the results of this election?

What are the next steps in this struggle?

How can we continue to build on this energy to spark broader efforts to organize the unorganized?

Join Workers World Party and our allies as we discuss these questions and more.
