About Back In Vogue:
AleXa's long-awaited comeback "Back in Vogue” is a pop track with nostalgic sounds from the 2000s, harkening back to the spunky, confident vibes of iconic Disney Channel stars. Musically, the track contains influences from jazz and old school hip-hop. The track is an opulent reflection of tenacity, with an undeniable bouncy groove and addictive melodies. Composed by Jonatan Gusmark, Ludvig Evers, Moa ‘Cazzi Opeia’ Carlebecker (Sunshine), Ellen Berg (Sunshine) and choreographed by legendary LA-based House of Sam, “Back in Vogue” will see AleXa back in her primetime in a collaboration with the same songwriters and choreographers behind her viral hit, “Wonderland.”

알렉사, 오늘(11일) 새 앨범 'GIRLS GONE VOGUE' 전 세계 동시 발매.

미국을 뒤흔들며 K-POP신의 새 역사를 쓴 알렉사(AleXa)가 드디어 새 앨범으로 돌아온다.

알렉사는 오늘(11일) 정오(한국 시간) 새 미니 앨범 'GIRLS GONE VOGUE(걸스 곤 보그)'를 전 세계 동시에 발매한다. 지난 1월 발표한 싱글 앨범 'TATTOO(타투)' 이후 10개월 만에 발표하는 신보이자, 지난 5월 미국 NBC 대규모 경연 프로그램 '아메리칸 송 콘테스트(American Song Contest)'에서 우승한 이후 선보이는 첫 앨범이다.
타이틀곡 'Back in Vogue(백 인 보그)'는 이러한 메시지를 적극적으로 담아낸 곡으로, 8, 90년대 팝과 올드 재즈, 올드 스쿨 힙합 사운드를 감각적으로 아울렀다. 방탄소년단(BTS), NCT, 투모로우바이투게더(TXT), 레드벨벳 등의 곡을 작업한 K팝 대표 송라이터 팀 Moonshine과 Sunshine이 프로듀싱에 참여해 완성도를 높였다.

이 외에도 기타 하모닉스 사운드가 감미로운 미디엄 템포의 알앤비 팝 장르의 'Star(스타, Feat. 문별 of Mamamoo)'부터 2AM 정진운·포미닛·B.A.P의 프로듀서였던 임상혁의 야심작 'Endorphine(엔돌핀)', 귀에 꽂히는 리드와 함께 후반부에 웅장하게 터지는 코러스 사운드가 매력적인 'BLACK OUT(블랙 아웃)', 태국 싱어송라이터이자 배우와 모델로 활약하고 있는 Jeff Satur가 알렉사에게 선물한 서정적 멜로디의 'Please try again(플리즈 트라이 어게인)'까지 폭넓은 음악적 스펙트럼을 통해 K팝 팬들을 사로잡을 전망이다.

About AleXa:
The daughter of a Korean adoptee, AleXa was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A lifelong dancer, AleXa competed in “Rising Legends,” where nearly 1 million fan votes determined her the winner. Shortly after being signed to ZB Label, she beat out thousands of contestant hopefuls and was one of the 96 chosen to participate in Mnet’s “PRODUCE 48,” the most competitive audition show in Korea. AleXa exploded onto the scene with her multilingual debut, “Bomb," in October of 2019, breaking into the Top 10 of Billboard’s “World Digital Song Sales Chart” within its first week of release. In 2020, AleXa inked a deal with ICM Partners, home to an all-star roster of award-winning artists including Nicki Minaj and Khalid, to set a global debut in motion.
