I Challenge You To Run 21 minutes for 21 days!!!

Today I challenged myself to run on a treadmill for 21 minutes. C'était difficile but also rewarding.

I'm challenging you to do the same for the next 21 days. Pour 21 jours. You can run, or walk or whatever is comfortable for you. The goal: get in better cardio shape while in quarantine. Allons-y! Level Up At Home. C'est parti.
