Life can be a struggle and sometimes we just go through it. As different people we tend to cope with it differently. For some, we tend to hold it in which can be damaging for us. We Need Air... we need to air it out. When we bottle it in, our minds can start to play tricks on us. When that happens we can be stuck in a dark place. It starts with a conversation. When we express how feel, how we truly feel it's like a door is cracked open so that light can shine, though it may dim at first it invites a light so that we can heal.
