Because this song was more than a break-up song. Life kinda fell apart for me last year. A lot of loss and change, but here's to new beginnings even if it's so foreign and still feels "broken". I never knew life could be so hard, but we endure! I wrote this cause it made me feel like I could take back a little control in my life... to name what I feel and move forward!
