What’s this? It’s the smell of gingerbread filling the air once again inside Haunted Mansion Holiday at Disneyland park! Not only do Halloween and Christmas collide, but two teams also collide to craft this gigantic creation in the mansion’s Grand Hall.
Get a taste of how the pastry chefs spent hundreds of hours baking and decorating the nearly 13-foot tall house from scratch. And see how the technicians took over to move and assemble the five main pieces, where they were built onto the Grand Hall’s dining table — just in the “St. Nick” of time for you foolish mortals to enjoy.
