I wrote this song with @toritullier about being at the very edge of my mental health. I had to make a choice - stay down or get back up and fight. I chose to fight for me and I thank God every day for his patience as I got stronger. Just like a phoenix. And I vowed that day that no one will ever hurt me like that again, especially not myself.
