I gotta tell ya... when I got the call to perform this iconic song from Willy Wonka LIVE on @The Talk, it was such a quick “yes”! I grew up with this sheet music for the Sammy Davis Jr. rendition on the piano and instantly remembered every word but played with the melody in the moment to make it my own. This song just feels like the holidays and harkens back to pure imagination 😉 and childhood joy , something so many of us need a dose of right now ! Well ... here is your dose of all the sweet vibes made even sweeter by appearances by my trip of hot dogs 🐶 who had to get in the act!
