A fan favorite track from electronic music icon BT’s 13th artist album The Lost Art of Longing, “Walk Into The Water” with Matt Fax and Nature of One has now been treated to remixes from Fatum and Heatbeat. All involved take the ethereal progressive anthem and give it a soaring new direction.

American production duo Fatum (a.k.a. Daniel Davis and Bruce Karlsson) adds a fun dose of complextro to his remix, letting the original’s vocals soar over a divine electro beat before switching into a more traditional progressive sound for the second drop. Argentinian trance and electro house artist Heatbeat (a.k.a. Matias Faint) approaches his remix from a more energetic psytrance side by ramping up the BPM and laying down an intergalactic planetary vibe.

Earlier this year, GRAMMY-Nominated film composer, technologist, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and trance music pioneer BT released The Lost Art of Longing, his first dance leaning album in over seven years. The Lost Art of Longing is BT at his finest and finds a spot next to classic material including all-time greats ‘Ima,’ ‘ESCM’, and ‘Movement In Still Life.’ The album features 14 tracks that traverse the world of electronic dance music, from the cinematic ambiance of “Game Theory,” the progressive “Wildfire,” “Walk Into The Water,” “1AM in Paris” and “Windows,” the breakbeat wallop of “The Light Is Always On” and “The War,” the electro/synth inspired “Weltanschauung,” the brooding trance of “No Warning Lights” with Emma Hewitt, to the electronic lullaby “Save Me.”
