Buckle up and get ready for a first taste of H4Z4RD, Jonas Govaerts' ('Cub') second feature film, starring Dimitri ‘Vegas’ Thivaios, Jeroen Perceval, Jennifer Heylen and Frank Lammers. This crazy action-comedy takes place over a single nerve-wrecking day in Antwerp, and is told entirely from behind the wheel of a flashy car.
Monic Hendrickx, Tom Vermeir, Emilie De Roo and Gene Bervoets also pop up.
Noah Hazard can’t imagine life without his gold-coloured sports car, complete with custom vanity plates. To his little girl Zita, it’s a cosy carriage; to his girlfriend Lea, a handy taxi; and to his dodgy nephew Carlos, fresh out of jail, a lightning-fast getaway car. When a heist organised by Carlos goes completely awry, it’s up to Noah to make sure his beloved Lexus doesn’t end up as his own hearse…
H4Z4RD is produced by Peter De Maegd, Dimitri 'Vegas' Thivaios, Lize Lefaible and Tom Hameeuw. This production by Potemkino & Dream Big is realized in collaboration with DPG Media, 2C, Streamz, Belga Films Fund, Dream Big, Lexus, Ici Paris XL, Lebeau Courally and Kinepolis Film Distribution (KFD), with support from the Flanders Audiovisual Fund (VAF), Screen Flanders & the city of Antwerp.
The film will be distributed in the Benelux by Kinepolis Film Distribution (KFD) & Dutch FilmWorks (DFW) and is expected to hit Belgian cinemas on July 20th 2022.
