If you’re like me, spiritual growth is at the top of your list of annual new year’s resolutions. The ministry that my dad and I have, POPWE, wants to help you in that area with this video devotional series called Truth Be Told. For the next few weeks, we will be taking a look at some of the lies the enemy tries to get us to believe, and we will be reminded of God’s truth that speaks louder than those lies. I hope this series will inspire you and challenge you to tell a more authentic story with your life in 2021. Remember, nobody’s perfect. God sees your whole story and He still loves you so much! Lie #5: “Guilt is just your burden to bear.”

There is a war between good and evil. Both guilt and grace want our attention; but we must remind ourselves that when our minds are feeding us painful thoughts, the best is yet to come. Just because we are works in progress, doesn’t mean we aren’t new creations.
