We came across this beautiful cover of our song 'Alike' on Instagram and it moved us deeply. It is by the Ukrainian composer and musician Mary Druganova (@druganova.mary on IG) ft. Juliette Inigo (@juliette.inigo on IG). With permission from Mary we are sharing it here as well.

Here is Mary's own words about the cover:
"Сouple of days ago, when I was overwhelmed by a wave of sadness, despair and pain, I accidentally found project with a track that I was recording in December last year. I didn't have time to finish it before the New Year, and for me this cover seemed meaningless and unsuccessful.

But listening to it now, I was shocked - how much it's about us now, about our time! About how each of us are going through waves of joy and waves of helplessness. About unity and strength. And about faith and hope in a bright future.

The final mix was done in 2 days, this simple animation in 1 day.
It was supposed to be even more dynamic and beautiful, but ... there is no time for perfectionism, no matter how fatal it may sound.

I really hope that my music can also be used in war as a medicine, or as a blanket to help keep you warm in these cold times.

Special thanks to Juliette Inigo who offered to add their magic clarinet, which immediately made this track even more wonderful.
