We were thrilled to have Máirtín de Cógáin play bodhrán, traditional Irish drum, and sing on our new tune “Singin’ for Me Supper” ...and now he’s thrilled us again with this music video he filmed with his lovely family. A bit more about the song: Joe, embracing the Irish side of his family, visited the old country a few times gaining inspiration from the pub sing-alongs and late night music jams. On one such visit to Galway, he heard the tune “All for Me Grog” being sung to the rhythm of slamming beer mugs. Since the tune is about giving up your life and wife all for drinking, Joe decided to change the words and salvage a great melody for the kiddos.
