This is a new song i wrote, which is to Honor women around the World. This song was Produced by a close friend, Mark Pellizzer.
Lyrically, and melodically the song is inspired by a Painting called “the kiss” by Gustav Klimt.
With a “Sade” type of vibe
lately I’ve been trying to write music I am proud to include in my legacy, as a song writer and artist. This song may not be “popular” but i care more about the Poetic aspect, and the message of this song. The few who enjoy listening to this song, thank you so much.
The song is called, “Blankets of Gold” & is about falling deeply with someone who sees my imperfections as beautiful.
Lyrically the song honours the Glory of Woman, with her beauty, praising her with all she encompasses, and how the fait of destiny brought us together.
In a sense, we were meant for each other..
