The year of Covid since March 2020 has had a strange dreamlike feeling to it.
Frequently I don’t know what day it is, and that is ok. So much solitude, and that is ok too.
As long as I surrender and embrace it all, and listen.
In the middle of 2020, 2 friends died. I could not attend either funeral.
But I began to play this piece of music.
It made me think of everyone who lost someone they love and care for, this past year.
I wanted to write a quiet piece of music on the guitar, just to say, ‘I hear you’.
This is the first track on my 2021 record of instrumental tracks; Out of the Blue.
